JOB PURPOSE

Your role is pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction, increasing brand loyalty, and contributing to the overall success of Unilever Food Solutions in the UAE market.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own and manage HORECA customers to achieve sales targets and other KPIs
  • Build relationships with customers to become their trusted advisor
  • Provide customers with complete culinary solutions based on their needs, macro environment, and the UFS product portfolio
  • Provide win‑win solutions for customers and UFS
  • Help customers increase revenue and/or efficiency in their establishment
  • Add new product listings for customers
  • Promote ways to increase consumption of different SKUs
  • Takes calculated risks to retain customers and negotiate contracts
  • Generate flexible solutions to problems & opportunities
  • Make financial profitability‑based decisions
  • Execute marketing‑derived initiatives across the year
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
  • 2+ years’ experience in outdoor Food & Beverages sales
  • 2+ years’ experience working in the Doha market, Qatar
  • Background in hospitality management, food technology, nutrition, or hot & cold beverages
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Qatar driving license
