JOB PURPOSE

You will achieve this by building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that leverage Unilever’s diverse product portfolio.
Your role is pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction, increasing brand loyalty, and contributing to the overall success of Unilever Food Solutions in the UAE market.
- Own and manage HORECA customers to achieve sales targets and other KPIs
- Build relationships with customers to become their trusted advisor
- Provide customers with complete culinary solutions based on their needs, macro environment, and the UFS product portfolio
- Provide win‑win solutions for customers and UFS
- Help customers increase revenue and/or efficiency in their establishment
- Add new product listings for customers
- Promote ways to increase consumption of different SKUs
- Takes calculated risks to retain customers and negotiate contracts
- Generate flexible solutions to problems & opportunities
- Make financial profitability‑based decisions
- Execute marketing‑derived initiatives across the year
- 2+ years’ experience in outdoor Food & Beverages sales
- 2+ years’ experience working in the Doha market, Qatar
- Background in hospitality management, food technology, nutrition, or hot & cold beverages
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Qatar driving license
