Sales Manager - Commercial & Infrastructure Projects; PMCC

What you’ll do
- Manage Project Sales business in Qatar for Commercial & Infrastructure Segment, ensuring business growth and customer satisfaction for Eaton PMCC product Portfolio.
- Work closely with MEP Contractors to generate RFQs for Eaton Panelbuilders.
- Coordinate with Panel builder Sales team to close‑out the project deals.
- In co‑ordination with Eaton Panel builder KAM, conduct monthly project review meetings with Panel Builder Sales team to create actions for on‑going/quoted project pipeline.
- Establish and maintain relationships with all stake holders and key decision makers of Contractors/End users & pursue proactive customer visits to create new opportunities.
- Create account strategies, monthly performance reporting and drive team collaboration spirit.
- Follow One Eaton approach to support other Eaton divisions to promote synergy sales.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to Marketing Team.
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 7+ years of experience in handling Project Business.
- Strong knowledge of LV Products and Systems.
- Experience in Qatar market is added advantage.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
