Sales Manager - Commercial & Infrastructure Projects; PMCC

• Manage Project Sales business in Qatar for Commercial & Infrastructure Segment, ensuring business growth and customer satisfaction for Eaton PMCC product Portfolio.
• Work closely with MEP Contractors to generate RFQs for Eaton Panelbuilders.
• Co-ordinate with Panel builder Sales team to close-out the project deals.
• In co-ordination with Eaton Panel builder KAM, conduct monthly project review meetings with Panel Builder Sales team to create actions for on-going/quoted project pipeline.
• Establish and maintain relationship with all the stake holders and key decision makers of Contractors/End users & pursue proactive customer visits to create new opportunities.
• Create account strategies, monthly performance reporting and drive team collaboration spirit.
• To follow One Eaton approach to support other Eaton divisions to promote synergy sales.
• Provide market intelligence and feedback to Marketing Team.

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
• 7+ years of experience in handling Project Business
• Strong knowledge of LV Products and Systems
• Experience in Qatar market is added advantage
• Possess excellent communication skills
