We're looking for a motivated Service Consultant to join our field sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a target-driven environment and enjoy meeting customers face-to-face while promoting telecom products and services.
Key Responsibilities Sales Generation & Business Development- Prospect and engage potential customers within assigned territories.
- Conduct door-to-door sales and visit residential, commercial, and corporate locations.
- Promote and sell telecom products and services based on customer needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a strong understanding of telecom products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Present product features and benefits effectively.
- Recommend suitable solutions based on customer requirements.
- Guide customers through the sales and onboarding process.
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and community engagement.
- Identify potential markets and opportunities for business growth.
- Provide market insights, customer feedback, and competitor information to the management team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Track and report sales performance regularly.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and customer records.
- Ensure all sales-related paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage).
- Previous experience in field sales, outdoor sales, direct sales, or telecom sales is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
- Work Environment: Field-based role involving daily customer visits within assigned territories.
- Travel: Daily travel within the assigned area is required.
- Working Hours: Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends based on business requirements.
