We're looking for a motivated Service Consultant to join our field sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a target-driven environment and enjoy meeting customers face-to-face while promoting telecom products and services.

Key Responsibilities Sales Generation & Business Development
  • Prospect and engage potential customers within assigned territories.
  • Conduct door-to-door sales and visit residential, commercial, and corporate locations.
  • Promote and sell telecom products and services based on customer needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Product Knowledge & Customer Consultation
  • Maintain a strong understanding of telecom products, services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Present product features and benefits effectively.
  • Recommend suitable solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Guide customers through the sales and onboarding process.
Lead Generation & Market Development
  • Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and community engagement.
  • Identify potential markets and opportunities for business growth.
  • Provide market insights, customer feedback, and competitor information to the management team.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
Reporting & Administration
  • Track and report sales performance regularly.
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation and customer records.
  • Ensure all sales-related paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage).
  • Previous experience in field sales, outdoor sales, direct sales, or telecom sales is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
Additional Information
  • Work Environment: Field-based role involving daily customer visits within assigned territories.
  • Travel: Daily travel within the assigned area is required.
  • Working Hours: Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends based on business requirements.
