Key Account Manager

DUBIMED Medical Supplies Trading – Qatar Branch is looking for an experienced and results‑driven Key Account Manager to join our growing team. If you have 3–4 years of experience in the dermatology and aesthetics industry in Qatar
, a strong network within the healthcare sector, and a proven track record in account management and sales, we'd love to hear from you.

• Build, develop, and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts, including dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, and healthcare providers.
• Identify new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts to achieve sales targets.
• Understand customers' needs and provide tailored solutions that add value to their business.
• Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and follow‑up visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and customer reports.
• Deliver excellent after‑sales support and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• (3–4) years of experience in the dermatology and aesthetics field in Qatar.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid Qatar Driving License (required).
• Native Arabic speaker (required).
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and passionate about building lasting client relationships.
