Position Overview

Trifid Media is seeking an ambitious and results‑oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand our portfolio of clients across Qatar and the region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and selling integrated advertising and influencer marketing solutions across Trifid Media's digital platforms and creator network.

This role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional with experience in media sales, digital advertising, influencer marketing, or related industries who thrives in a fast‑paced and target‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across assigned territories and industry sectors.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through networking, outreach, referrals, and market research.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
  • Sell advertising and marketing solutions across Trifid Media's offerings, including influencer marketing campaigns, digital advertising, branded content, social media activations, and events.
  • Develop customized proposals and media plans aligned with client objectives, budgets, and campaign goals.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings to showcase company services and capabilities.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close agreements to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, content, influencer management, ad operations, and finance to ensure successful campaign execution and delivery.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide post‑campaign analysis, reporting, and optimization recommendations to clients.
  • Track sales activity, pipeline progress, forecasts, and opportunities through CRM systems and internal reporting tools.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets established by management.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, digital advertising innovations, and influencer marketing developments.
  • Represent Trifid Media at industry events, networking functions, exhibitions, and client engagements as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or media sales.
  • Previous experience within media, advertising, digital marketing, influencer marketing, or related industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent customer relationship management and account servicing abilities.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and digital content trends.
  • Experience preparing commercial proposals and presenting tailored solutions to clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of insurance or other service‑based industries is considered an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
