Direct Sales Agent

We are expanding our sales network and looking for driven, self-motivated Direct Sales Agents to help us bring our digital services to businesses and individuals across several markets.

To ensure you have the tools you need to succeed, we have established clear milestones to support your workflow. Once you reach Rookie Agent Level 2 ($200 in earnings), we unlock essential connectivity support, providing Home Internet Wi‑Fi packages from Safaricom and MTN. When you show your commitment, we back you up with the resources to keep growing.

As a Direct Sales Agent at BagginsHQ, you are NOT an employee. You are an independent contractor who earns commission on every successful sale you generate. Our agents are both individuals and businesses. You operate your own schedule, from wherever you choose, and your earning potential is entirely in your hands.

• Identifying and approaching potential clients — businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals — who can benefit from our extra services.
• Registering clients on the BagginsHQ platform through your dedicated agent portal, your digital office with us.
• Matching clients with the right services from our extra services (Digital Marketing, Hosting, Corporate Email, Baggins TV subscriptions, among many others).
• Generating service orders and invoices through the portal — the system handles the rest.
• Building and maintaining relationships with your clients to encourage renewals and upsells.
• Tracking your earnings, managing your withdrawals, and monitoring your performance and earnings through your agent dashboard.

• You earn up to 15% commission on every successful sale you generate — paid as a percentage of the order value.
• The default commission rate starts at 15% but can be increased per agent based on visible performance.
• Commissions are tracked in real-time on your agent dashboard.
• Request withdrawals directly through the portal once your balance meets the minimum threshold.
• Earnings are calculated in USD, ensuring consistency regardless of your location.

• Rookie Agent Level 1 ($0 - $200) — Free, unlimited access to Baggins TV streaming.
• Rookie Agent Level 2 ($200 - $500) — Home Internet Wi‑Fi support packages from Safaricom and MTN to power your workflow.
• Rising Star ($500+) — Choose one reward:
  Bolt rides, Glovo deliveries, or KFC vouchers, along with Safaricom and MTN packages, and much more.
• Pro Agent ($2,500+) — Choose one reward:
  Uber rides, Jumia shopping vouchers, or  travel discounts, along with Safaricom and MTN packages, and much more.
• Elite Performer ($10,000+) — Choose one reward:
  Uber One, Jumia vouchers, Airbnb or  premium stays, along with Safaricom and MTN packages, and much more.
• Legend ($50,000+) — Choose one reward:
  Airbnb,  flights, and much more.

Note:

You can claim one incentive per badge tier. Choose wisely; once you claim a reward from a tier, the others in that tier cannot be redeemed. You'll also be featured on our agent leader board, giving you visibility and recognition among your peers.

• Are self-driven and comfortable working without supervision. There is no boss looking over your shoulder, but you will have a supervisor who is a department head from our team for guidance.
• Have strong communication and relationship-building skills; you'll be dealing directly with clients.
• Understand basic digital services or are willing to learn. You don't need to be highly technical, but you need to understand what you're selling.
• Are hungry for results. Your income is directly tied to your effort.
• Are comfortable with commission-only compensation. There is no base salary for agents, no retainer, and no guaranteed income.
• Have access to a smartphone or computer and a reliable internet connection.
• Can manage their own time and sales pipeline effectively.
