Account Manager - IT Services & Solutions

We are supporting a leading systems integration company in Qatar with the appointment of an experienced Account Manager.

The successful candidate will drive new business, grow strategic accounts and sell a broad portfolio of IT services and solutions across Qatar’s enterprise and government sectors.

• Develop new business across enterprise and government accounts.
• Manage and grow existing strategic customer relationships.

• System integration
• Cloud and hybrid cloud
• Cybersecurity
• Oracle, Microsoft and Open Text applications
• Managed services and technical support
• Resource outsourcing and staff augmentation
• Data, analytics, AI and digital transformation
• Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Procurement teams and other senior decision-makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to negotiation and closing.
• Lead RFPs, RFQs, tender submissions and commercial proposals.
• Work closely with pre-sales, architects, delivery teams and technology partners.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.

• 7+ years of IT services sales, account management or business development experience.
• Previous experience with a system integrator or IT services company.
• Proven success selling multiple technology solutions rather than a single product.
• Strong record of winning and developing enterprise or government accounts.
• Experience managing major RFPs, tenders and multi-year contracts.
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar technology market.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Currently based in Qatar with established customer relationships.
