Showroom Supervisor

Responsible for providing design and sales consultation to clients while overseeing daily showroom operations. The role ensures effective customer service, achievement of sales targets, proper showroom presentation, and coordination with internal teams for smooth delivery and operations.

Reporting to:

Head of Retail

• Advise clients on product selection, design solutions, and space planning based on their requirements.
• Prepare design layouts, quotations, and proposals for clients.
• Build strong client relationships and support the achievement of sales targets through effective customer engagement.
• Supervise the daily operations of the showroom to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely product delivery, installation, and stock replenishment.
• Monitor showroom inventory and maintain adequate stock levels by coordinating with the warehouse.
• Assist in planning and implementing showroom displays, promotions, product demonstrations, and marketing activities.
• Prepare regular reports on showroom sales, customer inquiries, inventory, and overall showroom performance.

• Collaborates with sales and design teams to enhance customer experience.
• Supports the implementation of Tivoli Brand Standards, demonstrating and reinforcing Tivoli’s Values and Culture Characteristics.
