The Membership Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Spa and Recreation team in managing membership sales, renewals, member relations, and administrative functions. This role ensures an exceptional luxury experience for members while promoting spa memberships, maintaining accurate records, and supporting revenue growth objectives in accordance with The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.

• Manage membership enrollment, renewals, upgrades, and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate membership records within company systems.
• Process membership applications, contracts, payments, and related documentation.
• Monitor membership expiration dates and proactively communicate renewal opportunities.
• Prepare membership reports and statistics for management review.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for spa members.
• Build strong relationships with members and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Handle member inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Conduct facility tours and explain membership benefits and services.
• Support member engagement activities and special events.

• Promote spa memberships and wellness programs to prospective guests.
• Follow up on sales leads and membership inquiries.
• Assist in achieving membership sales and retention targets.
