The Ritz-Carlton Doha is seeking a Membership Coordinator for our luxury spa and recreation team. You will drive membership sales, renewals and member relations while ensuring records are accurate and aligned with Gold Standards.
Responsibilities include enrollment processing, reporting, and coordinating with Spa Reception, Finance, and Sales. A high level of customer service and English proficiency is essential, with 1–2 years in hospitality or membership sales preferred.
