CASTAMO Furniture & Interiors is looking for a creative, organized and client-oriented Marketing, CRM & Showroom Sales Coordinator to join our showroom team in Doha.

This is a hybrid position combining:

• CRM management and client follow-up
• Showroom sales support
• Social media content creation
• Graphic design and moodboard preparation

The employee’s primary responsibility is to ensure that every client enquiry is properly recorded, followed up and converted into a qualified showroom appointment or sales opportunity.

When no urgent client or CRM task is pending, the employee will create social media content, mood boards, marketing materials and visual presentations for the showroom.

This is not a pure graphic-design, social-media or call-centre position. The successful candidate must be comfortable communicating with clients, making follow-up calls, working with sales targets and supporting showroom operations.

• Manage incoming leads from Whats App, Instagram, Facebook, the company website, advertising campaigns and showroom enquiries.
• Enter and maintain accurate client information in Go High Level  CRM.
• Contact new leads promptly and professionally.
• Qualify clients by identifying their project type, location, budget, timeline, preferred style and furniture requirements.
• Book qualified showroom appointments and send confirmations and reminders.
• Follow up with clients who miss their appointments and arrange new dates.
• Record every call, message, meeting and client update in the CRM.
• Ensure every open lead has a clear status, next action and follow-up date.
• Follow up on quotations, pending approvals and client decisions.
• Reactivate old leads, inactive enquiries and previously submitted quotations.
• Update clients regarding quotations, designs, production and delivery after confirming the correct information with the relevant team.
• Prepare clear daily activity updates and weekly CRM pipeline reports.

• Welcome showroom visitors and understand their furniture and interior requirements.
• Introduce CASTAMO’s products and services professionally.
• Assist clients with basic furniture, colour, material and finish selections.
• Support the sales team and management during client meetings.
• Help prepare furniture packages, quotations and client presentations.
• Convert enquiries into showroom visits and support the sales-closing process.
• Maintain professional communication with clients from the initial enquiry through after-sales follow-up.
• Keep the showroom organized and complete the assigned closing procedure at 10:00 PM.

• Create and publish daily showroom and product stories.
• Produce one to two reels per week using showroom, project, delivery and installation content.
• Photograph and film products, materials, showroom displays and completed projects.
• Create promotional posts, seasonal campaigns and resident offers.
• Adapt and publish content across Instagram, Facebook and other approved company channels.
• Maintain consistent visual quality and brand presentation.
• Organize the company’s photo and video content library.
• Support basic website and catalogue updates when required.

• Prepare professional mood boards and material palettes.
• Create furniture-selection collages and basic room concepts.
• Design social media posts, promotional materials, presentations and simple brochures.
• Prepare visual furniture packages for studios, apartments and villas.
• Assist with product selections based on the client’s style and budget.
• Create reusable moodboard, offer and presentation templates.
• Support the design and sales teams with visual materials when required.

Advanced architectural drawings and complex 3D rendering are not the primary responsibility of this position.
