Kempinski Hotels in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a Leisure Sales Manager to drive room revenue and market share within the leisure segment. Lead relationships with wholesalers, OTAs, and luxury tour operators while coordinating with Revenue Management and Marketing on promotions and packages.
The role requires 3–5 years in hotel leisure sales, a strong regional network, and proficiency with PMS/CRS and CRM tools. Extensive travel and market analysis will be expected to achieve occupancy goals.
