We are seeking an experienced Manager – Parts Wholesale to join our Automotive division. In this role, you will lead a team to drive wholesale revenue, expand market presence, and secure new business opportunities with major automotive parts dealers, traders, and sub-dealer networks. You will be responsible for P&L management, optimizing sales strategy, and ensuring consistent growth in sales, profitability, and market share.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed forecasted monthly and annual sales and profit targets; analyze market dynamics to capture new business and maximize revenue.
Dealer & Channel Management: Expand customer base, manage sub-dealer networks, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with operational policies and procedures.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and manage a team of 1–3 employees, overseeing setting performance standards, incentive administration, and ongoing development.
Strategic Planning & Market Analysis: Evaluate market potential, monitor sales statistics, and collaborate with marketing and inventory teams to introduce new product lines and optimize strategies.
Stakeholder & Vendor Relations: Maintain active relationships with external suppliers/vendors for negotiations and bids, as well as internal teams to drive continuous growth.
Reporting: Regularly track, analyze, and present performance metrics, budgetary updates, and market reports to the Parts Director.
Location:Minimum Qualifications:
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 6 to 10 years of experience in automotive spare parts wholesale, with a proven track record of managing P&L and sales channels.
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office and ERP systems; exceptional data analysis and numerical reasoning abilities.
Core Competencies: Excellent leadership, decision-making, strategic planning, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
