- Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT staffing technology recruitment and workforce solutions
- Generate leads through networking referrals cold calling market research and other business development channels
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct client meetings to understand technology workforce requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions
- Prepare proposals service agreements and commercial quotations
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business opportunities in line with company objectives
- Collaborate with Recruitment and Operations teams to ensure successful delivery of staffing solutions
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and reports
- Monitor market trends industry developments and competitor activities
- Achieve agreed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of business development experience within staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, or manpower services.
- IT staffing or technology recruitment exposure is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Strong understanding of staffing, recruitment, and workforce solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
