Sales Manager job in Doha Qatar
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing plans to increase sales, drive customer satisfaction, and strengthen the company’s market position. The ideal candidate must have an excellent track record of success in sales and be able to motivate team members.
Needs for the Candidate- A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Ability to develop effective strategies for increasing market share and customer loyalty
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a sales team
- Strong negotiation skills and persuasive ability
- High level of organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and software tools
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
