Sales Manager job

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in sales and be an excellent communicator. This position offers an attractive salary of 1300 per month, and we are open to considering applicants from abroad. Experience is preferred, but we are also open to hiring someone with no prior experience.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically. They should be highly organized with great attention to detail and able to work well under pressure. They should also have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with clients. Knowledge of local markets and customers is an advantage.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team in achieving company goals. They will develop strategies and plans for increasing sales, analyze customer data, identify new markets and opportunities, create marketing campaigns, negotiate contracts with customers, manage customer relationships and ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded. Additionally, they will provide training to sales staff on product knowledge, customer service techniques, sales strategies, etc.
