We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Doha. This position is suitable for someone with no experience and offers a salary of 1500. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to ensure that goals are met. Your main duties will include developing and implementing sales strategies, setting targets, analyzing market trends and customer needs, and managing allocated budgets.
You will also be required to liaise with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow, as well as build positive customer relationships.
To be successful in this role, we require a candidate who is highly organized and has excellent communication skills. You should have strong problem-solving abilities as well as the ability to think critically and make decisions quickly in response to changing market conditions. A proven track record of setting targets and meeting them is also essential. We need someone who is driven by results but also understands the importance of maintaining positive customer relationships.
