We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Doha Qatar As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company targets You will be expected to lead a team of sales representatives and provide training and support to ensure their success Your duties will also include identifying new business opportunities maintaining relationships with clients and monitoring market trends
Requirements- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Familiarity with latest sales techniques and tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
1800$ monthly salary with additional benefits such as commission and bonuses based on performance
Working HoursThis is a full-time job with flexible working hours depending on business needs
