• Develop sales strategies and set individual targets for the team members
• Monitor the performance of the sales team, providing feedback and guidance as needed
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare reports on sales activities, including progress towards targets, monthly reports, etc.
• Manage customer relations by responding to inquiries in a timely manner
• Establish relationships with new customers to expand the customer base
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales management or related field
• Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong understanding of customer service principles
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
