Sales Executive

Job Purpose

The Client Advisor – Homewear is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets within the homewear category. The role involves understanding clients’ needs, providing personalized product recommendations, maintaining high visual and merchandising standards, and building long-term relationships with customers.

• Welcome and assist customers in a warm, professional, and engaging manner.
• Understand customers’ preferences and requirements and recommend suitable homewear products.
• Provide detailed product knowledge, including fabrics, quality, fit, care instructions, and product features.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to overall business performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Deliver personalized styling and product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of product presentation and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Support visual merchandising and ensure products are displayed according to company guidelines.
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, transfers, and product organization.
• Stay updated on new collections, promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
• Support customer follow-ups and clienteling activities to encourage repeat business.
• Process sales transactions accurately and follow company policies and procedures.
• Work closely with colleagues and management to achieve team objectives.
• Represent the brand professionally and consistently at all times.

• Previous experience in homewear is a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a genuine passion for providing excellent service.
• Good sales and negotiation skills with a target-oriented mindset.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Good knowledge of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Strong teamwork, organization, and attention to detail.
