Education Bachelor of Business Administration(Management)
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed ready-mix concrete sales targets within assigned territories.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in construction companies, developers, and contractors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by actively prospecting and networking within the construction industry.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored ready-mix concrete solutions, including technical specifications and delivery logistics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience, specifically within the ready-mix concrete or construction materials industry.
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent understanding of concrete properties, applications, and construction project life cycles.
