Advertising Sales Manager

We are looking for an Advertising Sales Manager (B2B) to identify and acquire businesses that can benefit from advertising and promotional opportunities offered.

The role will focus on lead generation, client acquisition, pitching advertising solutions, closing contracts, and onboarding advertisers.

• Identify and target businesses that could benefit from advertising their products and services.
• Generate new leads through field visits, networking, referrals, industry events, social media, and online research.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential advertisers.
• Meet with business owners, marketing managers, and decision-makers to understand their promotional needs.
• Present suitable advertising packages and marketing opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close advertising contracts.
• Onboard new advertisers and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
• Maintain accurate sales and client records in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue targets.

• 7+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and commercially minded.
• English required, Arabic is an advantage.
