Mondrian Doha is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead the Sales Managers, Revenue Management team and Sales Administrators in all sales activities, including direct sales and group sales, to maximize revenue and profitability for the hotel portfolio.
You will develop and deploy strategic sales plans, recruit and train staff, oversee budgets and pricing, and represent the hotel in industry events to grow occupancy and F&B revenue.
