• Drive corporate sales and achieve revenue targets
• Develop new corporate business and key accounts
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, and site inspections
• Negotiate corporate rates, contracts, and business opportunities
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Work with Revenue Management to maximize occupancy and revenue
• Represent the hotel at networking events and industry activities
• Proven hotel sales experience, preferably at Sales Manager level
• Strong knowledge of the GCC corporate market
• Established corporate network is an advantage
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent business development and account management skills
• Proactive, commercially minded, and results-driven
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences

• Proven hotel sales experience, preferably at Sales Manager level
