Environmental Management System; EMS Analyst – ISO

We are seeking an Environmental Management System (EMS) Analyst to join our consulting team and support government and semi-government clients in the design, implementation, and certification of Environmental Management Systems in accordance with ISO 14001:2015
.

The role involves hands‑on participation in EMS assessments, documentation, implementation support, internal audits, and certification readiness.

• Conduct ISO 14001:2015 gap analysis and environmental compliance assessments.
• Design, develop, and maintain Environmental Management System (EMS) documentation, including policies, procedures, and records.
• Identify and evaluate environmental aspects, impacts, risks, and opportunities
  .
• Develop and maintain environmental legal and compliance registers
  .
• Support EMS implementation across multiple sites and departments
  .
• Participate in or support internal audits and closure of non‑conformities.
• Deliver or support environmental awareness and EMS training sessions
  .

• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in Environmental Management Systems, HSE, or integrated management systems.
• Solid working knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 requirements and application.
• Experience in EMS documentation, implementation, or auditing.
• ISO 14001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification is a strong advantage.
• Experience with government, healthcare, or multi-site organizations is preferred.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic; working knowledge of English is required.
• Proficiency in Environmental Science, including conducting environmental assessments.
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and preparing detailed reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work on‑site in Doha, Qatar, within a dynamic team environment.
