Overview
Handyman Supervisor in Doha. Responsible for overseeing a team of handymen and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. Acts as the main point of contact for clients and demonstrates excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Supervise a team of handymen and coordinate task assignment and progress.
- Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to high quality standards.
- Serve as the primary client contact regarding project progress and issues.
- Monitor performance, provide feedback, and support professional development of team members.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar handyman supervision role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in handyman tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
- Fluency in English preferred but not required.
