Reports to Service Manager

• Perform highly complex diagnostic and repair work on specialized vehicles and systems, including hybrid and electric vehicles.
• Use advanced diagnostic equipment and specialized tools to diagnose and repair vehicle issues.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to other technicians.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent.
• Provide estimates for repairs.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines for working with hazardous materials.
• Continuously update knowledge of new automotive technologies and repair methods.
• Carries out all Periodic Maintenance Services and Running Repairs.
• Carries out Advance Electrical and Mechanical Diagnosis.
• Carries out Engine and Transmission Overhauling.
• Carries out Advance Electrical and Mechanical Repairs.
• Orders all required parts from the parts department.
• Use of ESM during repair process.
• Carries out the necessary repairs.
• Tags and returns the warranty parts regularly.
• Ensures that he clocks on and off for every repair carried out.
• Writes a concise report of all the work completed.
• Reports on the need for additional work.
• Labels and secures displaced parts.
• Ensures relevant service sheets are completed and attached to Repair Orders.
