Electrician

Overview

This position is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all electrical systems and equipment, including planned maintenance, installation, and modifications.

• Maintain and repair all electrical systems, including troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, system installation, and temporary power installations.
• Ensure adherence to all OSHA regulations and follow internal safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance on all equipment as assigned and install wiring and devices.
• Operate and maintain in‑house lighting control systems.
• Assist with the setup, tear down, and distribution of temporary power for shows and events held on property.
• Perform safety checks on all electrical devices.
• Maintain an adequate stock of parts and ensure cleanliness in assigned spaces.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Electrician certification.
• Must have five years of verifiable commercial experience.
• Material Handling Equipment certification as required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety procedures, operating and maintenance instructions, procedures, and technical manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or colleagues of the organization.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
