Carpenter job in Doha Qatar

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in carpentry and have strong technical skills. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and be detail-oriented when completing projects. They will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of various carpentry projects.

• Design, construct and repair wooden structures, furniture and fixtures such as doors, windows, staircases and floors
• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using a ruler, pencil or chalk
• Cut lumber to size with saws or other powered equipment
• Install finished products using glue, screws or nails
• Ensure all carpentry projects are constructed to specified plans and standards
• Inspect completed carpentry projects for any defects or flaws in construction
• Perform repairs on existing carpentry structures when needed
• Assist with other related tasks as requested by the supervisor

• Proven experience as a Carpenter
• Knowledge of wood types and their uses
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches
• Ability to work autonomously or within a team environment
• Good problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail when completing tasks
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds (23 kg)

We are offering an attractive salary of 1400 QAR per month plus additional benefits (if applicable).
