Job Title: Plumber – Sanitary Sewer Systems

Job Location: Al Sailiya, Qatar

Contract Duration: 3 Months (Extendable)

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in sanitary sewer systems installation, repair, and maintenance
• Fully Certified Plumber – Master Plumber or Journeyman Plumber ONLY

Proven experience working on sanitary sewer and drainage systems

Construction industry experience is mandatory

Applicant must be locally available in Qatar

Must hold a valid Freelance Visa

• Install, maintain, and repair sanitary sewer systems
  , including drainage, sewage, chilled water, steam, heating, potable water, and gas systems
• Inspect joints, valves, pumps, boilers, heaters, sinks, commodes, tanks, lift stations
  , and related plumbing components to identify malfunctions
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and execute corrective maintenance repairs
• Assemble and install pipe sections, tubing, and fittings using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent welding, caulking, or soldering
• Operate plumbing equipment and hand tools such as reamers, threading tools, sewer tapes, pipe cutters, snakes
  , and related tools
• Install and maintain pumps, piping networks, fixtures
  , and plumbing systems above and below ground
• Accurately record maintenance activities, work orders, and inspection data in Maximo or similar CMMS systems
• Ensure all plumbing work complies with construction drawings, local codes, safety regulations, and site procedures

Perform other plumbing-related duties as assigned by site supervision

Strong expertise in sanitary sewer and drainage systems

Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings and specifications

Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance

Excellent manual dexterity and physical ability to work in confined and underground areas

Strong awareness of construction site safety standards
