The Facility Operator HVAC is responsible for the daily operation, inspection, and maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance, energy efficiency, and occupant comfort.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, and PACU units.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions.
- Maintain operational logs and records.
- Support troubleshooting and basic repairs under supervision.
- Comply with safety, environmental, and maintenance standards.
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance.
- Basic understanding of PACU, VRF, and control systems.
- Good communication skills in English (spoken & written).
