Structural Welding Foreman

Location: Qatar

Positions: 10

Salary: QAR 2800/-

• Supervise guide and manage a team of structural welders.

• Assign daily tasks and monitor work progress to ensure timely project completion.

• Review structural drawings and work requirements.

• Inspect welding work to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

• Ensure compliance with welding procedures and specifications.

• Coordinate with project engineers supervisors and quality inspection teams.

• Maintain safe working practices and adherence to HSE regulations.

• Report daily work status and manpower utilization.

• Proven experience supervising a welding team (mandatory).

• Structural welding and fabrication experience in construction environments.

• Exposure to onshore/offshore fabrication and topside jacket projects will be an added advantage.

• Ability to understand welding drawings procedures and technical documentation.

• Strong leadership communication and problem‑solving skills.
