Madre Integrated Engineering | Full time
- Monitoring all ACs assigned in the plant by checking every day.
- Preventive maintenance of indoor units and outdoor units by cleaning, lubricating, inspecting, adjusting, checking, unclogging, replacing the filter when needed, checking the voltage and compressor, and calibrating the thermostat monthly.
- Corrective maintenance – replacement of capacitor, motor, PCV, and compressors.
- Making recommendations for action to be done like repairs or replacement.
- Daily reporting of the task and monthly summary of the tasks done.
- Overseeing the installation of new units and replacement parts, ensuring that work is completed according to company specifications and established safety guidelines.
- Carrying out other tasks assigned.
