Mechanical Helper

Madre Integrated Engineering | Full time

• Assist mechanical technicians in the installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems.
• Carry tools, equipment, and materials to and from work sites as required.
• Support in assembling, disassembling, and cleaning machinery and mechanical parts.
• Help in lifting, holding, and positioning materials or parts during work.
• Perform general housekeeping duties to keep the work area clean and safe.
• Follow safety instructions and wear the required PPE at all times.
• Operate basic tools and assist in tool maintenance and organization.
• Report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Complete tasks assigned by the technician or supervisor in a timely manner.

• Education:
  • Basic education (High school preferred).
  • Technical training in mechanical trades (optional but beneficial).
• Experience:
  • 0–2 years of experience in mechanical or industrial work environments.
  • Experience in oil & gas, construction, or workshop settings is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and mechanical equipment.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy items and work in challenging environments.
  • Willingness to learn and support the team as needed.
