Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair system malfunctions under general supervision, requiring specific technical knowledge and relevant qualifications.
- Identify maintenance risks on equipment and diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Clean, adjust, and repair systems, and perform warranty services.
- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently, and provide technical direction and on-the-job training.
- Maintain awareness of work health and safety requirements to minimize risks.
- Follow work instructions and customer requirements, report injuries, near misses, incidents, and collaborate with team members and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines, and complete work orders on time.
- High School diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of job‑related experience, or Bachelor’s degree with no job‑related experience.
- Minimum 4 years of HVAC maintenance and installation experience, including maintenance of HVAC equipment.
- Knowledge of chilled water systems and packaged units.
- Preferred experience in airport operations.
- Technical knowledge of corrective and preventive maintenance for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
