• Ensure proper maintenance & efficiency of market equipment in the workshop or allocated route in the market.
• Minimizing downtime & ensuring that all the customer complaints related to equipment’s are immediately covered as per company’s standards.
• Adhere to Company standards, procedures, policies, and Safe work methods.
• Install, deliver, move and pickup marketing equipment to minimize customer downtime.
• Educate customers on basic equipment repair and upkeep procedures.
• Collect accurate and complete customer information.
• Ensure that all repaired components have undergone test in the work shop.
• Attend to emergency complaints as in the case of post mix machines.
• Responsible for preventive maintenance & sanitation of the equipment according to the maintenance process.
• As per sales request, install new machine or remove/replace from outlet.
• Conduct site study and inform higher authority on requirements prior to any new installation.
• Perform all machines checks and repairs in the market.
• Install & calibrate all types of post-mix machines.
• Maintain high level of sanitary condition especially on post mix machines.
• Maintain contact with sales team and the key customers.
• Investigate the possible causes for abnormal failures.
• Monitor functioning of every equipment systematically.
• Coach assistant to attend & resolve technical issues.
• Work for the continues improvement of the maintenance operations & ensure customer satisfaction.
• Learn new equipment operation and maintenance techniques.
• Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
