Crane Operator - Doha, Qatar

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy objects on construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of crane operation and safety procedures, as well as the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Operate various types of cranes to lift, move and position heavy objects.
• Perform pre‑operational checks on equipment and ensure proper maintenance is conducted.
• Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents and damage to equipment.
• Communicate effectively with other team members and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Keep accurate records of work hours, equipment usage, and maintenance logs.
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise with the crane or its components.

• High school diploma or equivalent education level.
• Valid crane operator certification/license from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years experience operating cranes in a construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of crane operation and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and reports.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalee candidates preferred).
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
