At The Ned Doha, we believe that behind every exceptional guest experience is a team that keeps everything running seamlessly. We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Technician to join our Engineering team and support the smooth operation of our facilities.

• Carry out routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of hotel equipment and facilities.
• Ensure all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are functioning efficiently.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, lighting, and other essential infrastructure.
• Support energy‑saving initiatives and maintain optimal usage of utilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining records of maintenance work, equipment logs, and service schedules.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption to guest experience.
• Identify and report any potential risks or required improvements in facilities.

• Diploma or certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience as a Technician, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive work attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices within the hospitality industry.
