Job Overview

Mason/Painter – Full Time position based in Doha. Expected start date: 01/11/2022.

• Apply paint, discolor, and other finishes to residential wall surfaces, ceilings, and furniture using brushes, spray guns, or rollers.
• Prepare surfaces by applying primers or sealers for final finish layers.
• Remove old coatings through sanding, cleaning, or other appropriate methods.
• Cover surface areas with protective materials during painting and affix appropriate paint signage.
• Organize and maintain painting equipment and tools in appropriate areas.
• Coordinate with suppliers to customize paint shades, tarnish, or varnish as needed.
• Comply with company safety policies, report maintenance issues, hazards, incidents, or injuries, and complete required safety training.
• Ensure a clean, professional, and uniform appearance while safeguarding proprietary information and company assets.
• Handle associated concerns, perform preventive maintenance, and adhere to maintenance issue protocols.
• Maintain high-quality work standards and efficient service delivery.
• Ensure tenant satisfaction and provide support as required.
• Be available for overtime and work outdoors under hot summer conditions when necessary.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in masonry and painting.
• Completion of a 2‑year technical degree or recognized training in masonry and painting.
• Previous work experience in Central East countries as a mason and painter is a benefit.
• Experience as a tile setter is advantageous.
• Proficiency in speaking and understanding English.
• Male, not older than 35 years.

Full‑time position. Dependable commute to Doha or relocation with employer‑provided moving plan.
