Shift Technician - Electrical

Day-to-Day

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in equipment and installations
• Perform repair works on wiring, panels, and electrical components
• Install and upgrade electrical systems as per safety and operational standards
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs
• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and standards
• Respond to electrical emergencies such as power failures and system breakdowns
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and engineers for effective execution of work
• Follow strict safety procedures while performing electrical tasks
• Stay updated with industry practices, tools, and safety guidelines

• Minimum 2-3 years of hands‑on experience as a Maintenance Electrician in a hotel or resort
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and troubleshooting techniques
• Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a proactive work attitude
• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices within the hospitality industry
• Immediate availability preferred
