• Perform major and minor repairs along with preventive and corrective maintenance for general, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Support ordering of spare parts and accessories required for preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate and prioritize repair tasks to reduce downtime and ensure timely resolution.
• Attend equipment training and support safe operation demonstrations for staff.
• Identify, document, and report unsafe conditions, equipment damage, or misuse.
• Track work orders and provide regular status updates.
• Assist in emergency response and operational disruptions affecting residential facilities.
• Support departmental duties as directed by the Head of the Department.

• High school qualification with a minimum of 1 year of job‑related experience, or bachelor’s degree with no prior experience.
• Diploma or equivalent trade certification in commercial appliance repair or preventive maintenance.
• 2‑3 years of experience in hotel, hospitality, or facilities management environments.
• Experience working in a multicultural workplace.
• Strong mechanical skills with ability to read blueprints, schematics, and operation manuals.
• Knowledge of AC circuits and troubleshooting skills preferred.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and personal development.
