• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and carry out effective repairs
• Monitor system performance, run installation tests, and complete service reports
• Clean, adjust, and repair equipment, including warranty‑related services
• Identify maintenance risks and recommend corrective actions
• Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly and efficiently
• Follow safe work practices, maintenance standards, and operating procedures
• Interpret technical drawings and equipment manuals accurately
• Provide on‑the‑job technical support and guidance when required
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental requirements
• Complete work orders on time while meeting customer and operational expectations
• Report incidents, near misses, and hazards and collaborate to improve safety outcomes

• High school or diploma with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or bachelor's degree with no prior experience
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in HVAC maintenance and installation
• Practical knowledge of chilled water systems and packaged units
• Technical expertise in preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Airport or large‑facility experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting skills and safety awareness
• Ability to work independently and within shift‑based operations
