• Supervise daily rigging and lifting operations at site.
• Plan and execute lifting activities as per approved lifting plans.
• Ensure safe use of cranes, lifting tools, and rigging equipment.
• Coordinate with crane operators, supervisors, and site engineers.
• Inspect rigging tools and ensure proper certification.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure strict HSE compliance.
• Allocate manpower and monitor productivity.
• Ensure lifting activities are performed as per project safety standards.
• Report site progress and coordinate with management.

• Relevant rigging certification preferred.
• 15–20 years in rigging (Oil & Gas sector preferred).
• Strong knowledge of lifting operations and safety procedures.
• Experience supervising riggers and charge hands.
• Familiar with lifting plans, load charts, and crane coordination.
• Ability to manage site teams and ensure safety compliance.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

• Rigging Foreman Salary: QAR 3,800.
