We're Hiring:
Mechanical Supervisor - Lifting Equipment & Engine Overhaul
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to lead maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, inspection, and overhaul activities for heavy lifting equipment and diesel engines.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise maintenance and repair of:
- Mobile Cranes
- Forklifts
- Telehandlers
- Scissor Lifts
- Boom Lifts / Manlifts
- Oversee diesel engine overhaul and rebuilding activities
- Lead troubleshooting, inspections, and root cause analysis
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and lifting equipment safety regulations
- Supervise and mentor mechanics, hydraulic technicians, welders, and electricians
- Manage maintenance documentation, reporting, spare parts coordination, and KPI tracking
- Coordinate with operations, procurement, OEM representatives, and third-party inspectors
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment Engineering, or a related field
- 7-10 years of experience in maintenance and repair of heavy lifting equipment
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience
- Hands‑on expertise with:
- Mobile Cranes
- Forklifts
- Telehandlers
- Scissor Lifts & Manlifts
- Diesel Engine Overhaul
- Strong knowledge of:
- Hydraulic Systems
- Diesel Engines
- Transmission & Brake Systems
- Electrical/Electronic Control Systems
- Load Handling Equipment
- Ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics and interpret OEM manuals
