Responsibilities
- Execute on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance of complex equipment, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
- Diagnose technical issues using advanced troubleshooting techniques, often requiring quick and innovative solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs using specialized software, ensuring data integrity and traceability.
- Educate clients on proper equipment usage and preventive maintenance techniques to enhance operational efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in relevant field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of hands‑on experience in diesel engine (CUMMINS Engine & Controls) & power generation products.
- Trained Power Generation/Electrical Technician.
- Interprets and analyzes the interactions of internal and external electrical, mechanical systems (exhaust, heating, cooling, fuel systems, driveline, aftertreatment, controls, sensors, etc.).
