Doha, Qatar. A reputable construction company in Doha is seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team.
As a Crane Operator you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift and move heavy materials on construction sites. This is a full‑time position with a competitive salary of $1,200 per month along with accommodation and other benefits.
Key Responsibilities- Operate cranes safely and efficiently according to instructions and standards.
- Perform pre‑operational checks on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions.
- Lift, move and position heavy materials using the crane.
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio to ensure safety during operations.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations on site at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities including equipment maintenance and usage logs.
- Previous experience as a Crane Operator in the construction industry.
- Must have a valid crane operators license or certification.
- Knowledge of different types of cranes and their capabilities.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions for extended periods of time.
- Flexibility to work overtime or weekends when needed.
- Experience operating cranes in Qatar or other Gulf countries.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations.
- Ability to read blueprints or diagrams.
This position is open to Filipinos, Kenyans and candidates from other nationalities who meet the requirements. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. If selected, we will provide assistance in obtaining your own visa for Qatar.
