We are hiring an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Doha.
Key Responsibilities- Install maintain and repair various types of instruments such as pressure gauges temperature sensors flow meters level indicators etc
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instruments and control systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on instruments to ensure optimal performance
- Calibrate instruments according to manufacturer specifications
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any malfunctions or defects
- Collaborate with other technicians to ensure all equipment is functioning properly
- Follow safety protocols and procedures when working with hazardous materials
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of various types of instruments and control systems
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces or at heights if required
- Previous experience working in the oil gas industry or petrochemical plants
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers PLCs
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems CMMS
- Salary of 1500$ per month plus benefits package based on experience
- Accommodation provided by the company
