Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair/replace faulty components in industrial HVAC systems.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical wiring diagrams, and schematics.
Troubleshoot live 415V control circuits on chillers and AC systems interfacing with PLC.
Perform installation, inspection, and commissioning of HVAC systems and integration with plant monitoring systems.
Ensure proper operation of pressurization systems and maintain filtration systems for dust, chemical contamination, and odors.
Serve as on-call technician for emergency and after-hours breakdowns (holiday rotation).
Conduct and attend toolbox meetings for work activities.
Prepare progress reports using MS-Office.
Apply work permit/work clearance systems and follow HSEQ safety protocols for hazardous chemicals.
RequirementsDiploma in Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning from a recognized institute.
Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in industrial HVAC systems, preferably in oil & gas or similar hazardous environments.
Previous working experience in QAFCO is preferred.
Proficiency in English (read, speak, and report writing).
Strong knowledge of HVAC principles, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
Familiarity with industrial-grade HVAC equipment, controls, and PLC interfacing.
Skills in welding and soldering techniques.
Ability to work independently under limited supervision.
Capability to work in extreme weather conditions.
Well-versed in hazardous area classification, safety precautions, and work permit systems.
