The HVAC & Insulation Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha. This role oversees daily HVAC and insulation activities, including installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. The supervisor plans and allocates work, guides technicians, monitors productivity and safety, and ensures adherence to project specifications and industry standards. Responsibilities include coordinating preventive maintenance schedules, managing materials and equipment, documenting work performed, and reporting progress to management.

The role also involves direct interaction with customers and contractors, addressing service requests, resolving issues, and maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach on-site.

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
• Candidates should possess practical HVAC skills, such as system installation, operation, and compliance with relevant standards.
• Candidates should possess Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills to diagnose faults and implement effective maintenance plans.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and maintain professional relationships.
• Relevant technical qualification or certification in HVAC or mechanical engineering is preferred.
• Experience in insulation work, safety procedures, and construction or facilities environments is beneficial.
• Ability to read technical drawings, use diagnostic tools, and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced on-site setting in Doha.
